郭艺友，男，中共党员，博士/博士后，现为泉州师范学院数学与计算机学院副教授，主要从事图像智能识别与应用研究。先后获得武汉大学本科、硕士，上海交通大学博士，同济大学博士后；期间，曾在福建省测绘院工作5年。具备人工智能和测绘遥感双学科背景以及丰富的工程实践经验。主持国家地理信息系统工程技术研究中心开放基金 1 项，参与重点研发等多项国家级项目。提出了遥感影像场景-目标-像素多尺度智能化处理的系列方法，在IGARSS、Pattern Recognition、IEEE GRSL 、Neurocomputing、MTA等国际会议和期刊上发表高水平论文20篇（一作/通讯11篇），SCI 14篇（平均影响因子4.235，CCF推荐期刊6篇，JCR2区以上10篇）。人工智能领域顶级会议（IJCAI）的 PC Member，多次担任遥感图像会议（IGARSS）的 Session Chair；PR、Neurocomputing、MTA、IEEE JSTARS 等人工智能/遥感领域著名期刊和会议审稿人。
