郭艺友,男,中共党员,博士/博士后,现为泉州师范学院数学与计算机学院副教授,主要从事图像智能识别与应用研究。先后获得武汉大学本科、硕士,上海交通大学博士,同济大学博士后;期间,曾在福建省测绘院工作5年。具备人工智能和测绘遥感双学科背景以及丰富的工程实践经验。主持国家地理信息系统工程技术研究中心开放基金 1 项,参与重点研发等多项国家级项目。提出了遥感影像场景-目标-像素多尺度智能化处理的系列方法,在IGARSS、Pattern Recognition、IEEE GRSL 、Neurocomputing、MTA等国际会议和期刊上发表高水平论文20篇(一作/通讯11篇),SCI 14篇(平均影响因子4.235,CCF推荐期刊6篇,JCR2区以上10篇)。人工智能领域顶级会议(IJCAI)的 PC Member,多次担任遥感图像会议(IGARSS)的 Session Chair;PR、Neurocomputing、MTA、IEEE JSTARS 等人工智能/遥感领域著名期刊和会议审稿人。
