RF ASICS INC. is a design center for Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs), as well as radio frequency systems and circuits. We have extensive experience in both the military/aerospace and commercial markets, covering a wide range of CMOS, BiCMOS, and Bipolar processes. In addition, we have the capability to do RF systems design/architecture and discrete RF design, which is a great help to customers who need RFICs, but are not sure of the architecture and partitioning required.

We have over 60 years of combined experience producing highly integrated RFICs and over 85 years of combined experience in communications electronics and related fields. Our team delivers successful designs to our customers.
