RF ASICS INC. is a design center for RFIC’s as well as RF systems and circuits. We have extensive experience in both the military/aerospace and commercial markets. Our experience covers a wide range of CMOS, BiCMOS, and Bipolar processes. We have over 60 years of combined experience producing highly integrated RFIC’s. We have over 85 years of combined experience in communications electronics and related fields. Our team continues to deliver successful designs to very satisfied customers.

In addition we have the capability to do RF systems design/architecture and discrete RF design. This can be a great help to customers who need an RFIC but are not sure of the architecture and partitioning.
